Finally had the time to go down to Nex@Serangoon with tz to visit our friends at work. 

They are working for the 'Avengers' event! 

Had 'Kabe no Ana' for lunch! 

Why this restaurant? Because of the good reviews online!

The staff recommended us a set meal for two since we are no big-eaters. Only for $16.90! 

Comes with two small pasta, soup and salad. 

We also ordered their mentaiko toast since it's one of their must-try dish! 

Total adds up to $23 for 2 pax.

It's pretty special, worth a try! 

 Corn soup that comes in a set. 

Sweet but it'll be nice after adding some pepper! 

 Salad. 

Not so ordinary salad. Love their jap sauce! yummy!

Too salty for my liking. however tz felt that it was fine. 

Overall, I would definitely patronised this restaurant again! I went there on a Sunday afternoon but there were not many people. Hence, a pretty nice and quiet ambiance for lunch/dinner.  

Service was good as well! 

Their dessert looks good, I want to try them next time :)

What to do at nex if you don't feel like shopping? 

Go Pet's Lover at the top level to look at all the adorable dogs! 

A heaven for dogs: There's playground and cafe specially for them.

Then, went to Baskin Robbins for desserts! Newly opened at nex. 

 Ice cream cake! ($6.50)

 Double scoop (chocolate & cookiesncream) with waffle. ($7) 

First time trying BR since we've no time to try it when we were at Korea. 

BR at Korea is much more cheaper than Sg.
However we both felt that that it was quite normal. 

I personally prefer Haagen Dazs, Andersen, Coldstone creamery, and the Jap icecream at taka B1! :)
